Art Confessional
Installation view at Arc/Raw Space
6 W. Hubbard St., Chicago
September 10- October 2, 1982

First exhibition Group Red (with Royce Weatherly)

Exhibition was (among?) the first to utilize a personal computer  (Commodor 64 with tape drive).
Gallery viewers were seated in an "art confessional" and asked
a series of prepared questions on the nature of art, its role and purpose in society by a person(s) seated at the computer station. Their answers were recorded as data, and later tabulated and distributed. While inside the Confessional the participants "secret" answers were broadcast by speaker system to the  basement space, and the upstairs gallery.
